Car Luxe Motors vehicles are properly safety inspected to maintain a consistency of representation to instill confidence in our customers. Rest assured, what is represented is what you get, or you have no obligation to buy. Keep in mind, do not assume there will be extra keys/books/manuals unless they are specifically shown in the pictures. Whichever accessories we have for a vehicle will be pictured or noted in the description.

Unless otherwise noted, all vehicles come with a warranty that covers the powertrain for 15 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first. However, the vehicle will be sold as-is if the mileage exceeds 150,000 miles or if the vehicle is more than 25 years old. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer’s request prior to the close of sale. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

All funding must be ready prior to committing to a vehicle. Please have financing pre-approved or funds in hand. We are a professional and dependable organization with serious intentions to conduct business with the utmost integrity and we expect the same reciprocity from our customers.

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Car Luxe Motors has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Car Luxe Motors welcomes a buyer’s inspection. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees or processes and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition of the vehicle. Vehicles may have a few extra hundred miles due to customer test drives, servicing, etc.

Payment:

We urge you to contact us to secure a vehicle with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable upon not obtaining financing or simply changing one’s mind, however fully refundable if the customer feels a vehicle is misrepresented, we emphasize this. Car Luxe Motors is not in the business to keep people’s deposits!

We accept certified funds as payment methods including cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, Zelle, and on some occasions, cash.

In addition to the purchase price, all vehicles are subject to a $367.70 Illinois documentation fee, $35 electronic vehicle registration fee. For out of state customers we provide nationwide 90-day temporary registration plates for $100.

Illinois customers will be charged sales tax, license plates fees ($151), title fees ($165), and a $35 Electronic Vehicle Registration fee. There are also a few tax reciprocal states which Car Luxe Motors collects sales tax, but you only get taxed once. Nearly all out-of-state deals and out-of-country deals will require no additional tax collected from Car Luxe Motors. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
